WHAT DO I RECEIVE FOR REGISTERING?

When you open your account, every member receives 1000 points to spend on a free Slurpee or snack.

CAN I USE MY REWARD POINTS IMMEDIATELY?

You can redeem points after registering online at www.7Rewards.ca. After you register, you can see the 7Rewards menu and select items you want to redeem using your points.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO EARN 7REWARD POINTS?

No, you can use the program by shopping with your 7Rewards Card. You do have to register in order to redeem points and see how many points you earned. If you don’t have a card, you can use the app or mobile web to access a bar code to start earning. Also, if you don’t register, any points you earn will expire within 60 days. Just register online at www.7Rewards.ca or use the 7Rewards app.

IF I REGISTER IN THE STORE RIGHT NOW, CAN I REDEEM MY FREE OFFER RIGHT AWAY?

Yes! If you register in-store by downloading the app or on 7Rewards.ca, simply select the items from the Rewards Menu that you want to redeem and bring them to the register and scan your barcode to redeem.

I AM AN EXISTING 7REWARDS MEMBER. DO I HAVE TO REGISTER AGAIN?

No! All existing 7Rewards members have to do is update their app to participate in the new program. Simply sign in again with the email address and password associated to your account.

WILL EXISTING 7REWARDS MEMBERS RECEIVE ANYTHING WHEN THE NEW PROGRAM BEGINS?

Yes. As a thank you to existing members, they will receive points to get them started in the program just like new members get a welcome offer.

ARE THERE LIMITS TO HOW MANY POINTS I CAN EARN?

No, you earn points for all the qualifying purchases. Qualifying items do not include age restricted products, fuel, or services. All points and punches expire after 12 months of inactivity.

DO MY REWARDS OR POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes. All points and punches expire after 12 months of inactivity. Rewards you have added to your wallet will expire after a time if they are not redeemed.

HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF MY POINTS?

You can track your points on the 7Rewards app or online at 7Rewards.ca after you have registered your card.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Register your 7Rewards card.
Login to 7Rewards app or 7Rewards.ca.
Under the Rewards menu, choose your reward, add it to your basket.

If you choose not to register for the new 7Rewards program, you will still earn a 7th cup free, after purchasing six. However, you will not earn rewards points nor know how close you are to earning the free cup.

WHAT KINDS OF ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO REDEEM FOR POINTS?

We will have a variety of items at different point levels. The items are selected from our most popular items based on customer purchases.

ARE THERE LIMITS TO HOW MANY POINTS I CAN USE?

No. You can redeem as many points as you have available.

I’M AN EXISTING 7REWARDS MEMBER. WILL I GET CREDIT FOR THE CUPS I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED?

Yes! When you transition to the new program, your cups will transfer into your account.

IS EVERY 7TH CUP STILL FREE?

Yes! If you were earning punches (or stars) previously, they will be transferred to your updated account and you can continue earning where you left off. Plus, you can now earn points AND punches on cup purchases!

CAN I STILL COLLECT PUNCHES (OR STARS) ON MY FOOD PURCHASES?

The ability to earn punches (or stars) on food items was a temporary promotion that has expired. As a part of the new program, members will now earn points on all food purchases on an ongoing basis.

IF I REGISTER OR LOG IN TO 7REWARDS THROUGH FACEBOOK CONNECT, CAN I SHARE/POST MY ACTIONS ON FACEBOOK?

Not at launch time, but this will be a future feature enhancement.

IS FACEBOOK CONNECT AVAILABLE ON THE APP, MOBILE WEB, AND DESKTOP WEBSITE?

Yes.

CAN I CHOOSE TO CONNECT TO FACEBOOK AFTER MY INITIAL REGISTRATION IF I DID NOT CHOOSE IT TO BEGIN WITH?

Not at launch time, but this will be a future feature enhancement.

I USED FACEBOOK CONNECT TO SIGN UP IN THE APP. HOW DO I RECEIVE AGE-RESTRICTED PROMOTIONS IF I DID NOT ENTER A BIRTH DATE?

If you complete your registration through Facebook, you can add your birth date in the My Account section.

How does the search function on the map work?

You search for a 7-Eleven location by entering a street name, cross streets, you can also enter products like Gas and other amenities into the search bar.

How will you use my personal information?

Your personal information is never sold to third parties or mass marketers.  Visit our Privacy Policy page for more information.

What is the date information needed on the sign up screen on my app?

This date is set up for your birthdate which occurred in the past and not a future date.

Make sure you enter your correct date so you can be eligible for exclusive in-app promotions!

Can I update my email address?

Sorry. You will need to continue to use the email address you registered with so you don’t lose your punches or earned scans from promotions.

Is there a limit to how many punches I can earn per day or transaction?

Punch away! There’s no limit to the number of punches you can earn per day or transaction.

WHY DO I HAVE TO ENTER MY BIRTH DATE?

Statutory law requires that individuals who create online accounts are a minimum of 13 years old. If you create an account through the app, you must indicate that you are old enough to do so. If you use Facebook Connect, the app assumes that you are old enough to use the app because your age was verified by Facebook when you created a Facebook account.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A SMARTPHONE? CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

Technology, we can’t live without it. You can’t earn 7Rewards without it. Sorry, at this time, you need a smartphone to run the app. The App is not compatible for download via mobile devices operating on the BlackBerry® or Windows® mobile operating systems.

BUT I REALLY PREFER A CARD….

No problem! Ask for an additional card at the register and make sure it gets scanned during the transaction. At your convenience, register your new card to your account so you can link the points you earned on the new card to your account.

WILL THE NEW APP HAVE THE OPTION TO DISPLAY IN OTHER LANGUAGES?

Not at launch time but this will be a future feature enhancement.

WHAT ARE THE NEW FEATURES OF THE 7REWARDS PROGRAM?

1. Customers now earn points for every dollar they spend.
2. Customers continue to earn their 7th free cup.
3. They also earn bonus points when they buy promotional items. Refer to the app for current promotions.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A MEMBERSHIP FEE?

No! 7Rewards is free to join. Members earn points on eligible items.

Why should I link my 7-Eleven account to my social networks?

Linking to your social networks makes it super easy to register and log in on return visits.

Why do I have to be 13 to join?

Our registration process is designed to restrict children under the age of 13 from becoming members of the site and providing us with personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

Why do I need to create an account?

Creating a 7-Eleven account gives you access to managing your own account preferences. You can also link your account to your favourite social network, upload content, get access to exclusive deals, the latest news and get cool stuff.

What if I don’t have a smartphone? Can I still participate?

Technology, we can’t live without it. You can’t earn 7Rewards without it. Sorry, at this time, you need a smartphone to run the app. The App is not compatible for download via mobile devices operating on the BlackBerry® or Windows® mobile operating systems.

I ENTERED THE WRONG BIRTH DATE, HOW DO I FIX IT?

Call Customer Relations at 800-255-0711.

I UPDATED THE APP AND I CAN’T FIND MY STARS. WHERE DID THEY GO?

Your stars have been converted to “punches”– you can now find them underneath your points balance dial. Each bar represents a punch for every cup you purchase.

I FORGOT MY CARD. CAN I GET ANOTHER CARD?

Yes, you can actually add another card to your account when you visit our store, or if your card is already registered and you provided your phone number, you can give our store associate the phone number as an alternate method of identification.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?

No problem – all you need is the email address you registered with. Open your app or click the “Forgot Password” link under the sign in area. Then enter your email address and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If I don’t remember my email address or password, how do I retrieve it?

Click “Log In,” on your APP home screen, then select “Email” or “Password” and follow the prompts.

I updated my app and lost my punches. What do I do?

We can help you find those punches. Just submit a mobile feedback form which you can find inside the Feedback section of the app. One of our customer relations representatives will contact you soon.

Each customer now has an individual MemberID barcode – scan once and receive all discounts applicable to your purchases.

Individual coupons will not show a barcode or countdown clock.

My punches started over, but I never received a free cup. What should I do?

No cup. No good. Let’s get to the bottom of this. Please fill out a mobile feedback form found inside the Feedback section of the app, and one of our customer relations representatives will contact you ASAP.

I didn’t receive a punch for a qualifying refill cup. What do I do?

Let’s get you that punch back. Just fill out a mobile feedback form found inside the Feedback section of the app, and one of our customer relations representatives will contact you soon.

The store associate scanned my barcode, but the punch didn’t register. How do I fix this?

Not good. Please submit your issue via the feedback section of the mobile app and one of our helpful customer relations representatives will contact you soon.

The store associate didn’t scan or refused to scan my barcode. How do I get my punch?

Remain calm. First, we need you to fill out a mobile feedback form found inside the Feedback section of the app. Then, one of our helpful customer relations representatives will contact you to get to resolve your matter.
