Why do I need a ticket code?
Once you have made your Stampeders pair of tickets (2) purchase at any 7-Eleven store in Calgary, an email message will be sent to the email associated to your 7Rewards app. This email message will include a ticket code with a website link that you can use to redeem at Ticketmaster http://www.ticketmaster.ca/promo/pqjxge/ to select your seats.
Please use a desktop computer to redeem your tickets, rather than a mobile device.
Can I buy a single game ticket?
No. Tickets must be purchased in pairs (2 tickets).
How will I get my ticket code so I can pick up my tickets for the Stampeders game?
An email will be sent to you from 7-Eleven. Please check the email address being used for the 7Rewards app account. The email sent to this account will have your code and the specific web link. When you receive the email, please click on the link to select your seats. Remember, this is a special offer for 7Rewards members only and must be accessed by clicking the link provided in the email you will receive after your purchase.
This offer cannot be redeemed at the public Ticketmaster webpage, by telephone or in person and should be redeemed on a desktop, rather than mobile device.
My ticket code hasn’t arrived yet, how will I get it?
Your code should be delivered to you within 5 hours of scanning the 7Rewards app. If your 7Rewards account is set up to accept notifications, you may receive a notification message. You can set your mobile account up for notifications by going into the Account area of the app and selecting ON where it says Notifications. You should receive a message that says the code has been delivered to your email account associated to your mobile app.
Please note that you may not buy game tickets on a game day using your 7Rewards App. If you are buying game day tickets on the day of, you will receive an in store ‘Game Voucher’ instead of an email.
My ticket code does not appear to be working, what should I do?
Make sure that you are entering the code that you had received by e-mail, consisting of 6 upper case letters (case sensitive) into the box that displays ‘Offer Code’. Once you have entered the code, click the check-mark beside the box.
I purchased tickets for the wrong game, what should I do?
The ticket code is for the Stampeders next home game and will not work for other games. If you intended to purchase tickets to a game beyond the next Stampeders home game, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
I do not see a box where to enter my ticket code?
If you do not see a box to enter the Offer Code, please try accessing the link sent to you by e-mail using a desktop site rather than a mobile device. If you still do not see the Offer Code box, please contact the Stampeders at email@example.com for assistance.
Why do I need to scan the 7Rewards app to get my tickets?
You need to scan your 7Rewards App to receive your email with codes. You will save a minimum of $7.11 per ticket when your purchase your Stampeders tickets at 7Eleven using your 7Rewards app.
Can I purchase tickets without the 7Rewards app?

How do I download the 7Rewards app?
Text the word Stamps and an app will be delivered to your mobile device that you can install. Some restrictions apply. Data and message rates may apply depending on your plan.
